About

Communication infrastructure for businesses that outgrew the inbox

FASAS Global builds the systems organisations use to reach their customers at scale — reliably, compliantly and from one workspace.

Our story

FASAS Global Multi-Concept Company started with a simple, repeated observation: growing organisations were running their customer communication across three or four disconnected tools. Contacts lived in a spreadsheet, email in one platform, SMS with a reseller, and WhatsApp on somebody's phone. Nobody could answer a basic question — who did we message, did it arrive, and did they agree to hear from us?

We built FASAS Mail to answer that question for email, then extended the same foundation to SMS and WhatsApp. One contact database, one consent record, one wallet, one set of reports, and strict tenant isolation underneath so that agencies, associations and enterprises can run multiple books of business without them ever touching.

The platform is engineered for the realities of the markets we serve: local payment rails, local SMS routing and regulator-facing sender ID review sitting alongside global carriers and card payments for customers everywhere else.

What we believe

Isolation by default

Every organisation is a tenant. Row-level security in the database — not application code — decides who sees a row, so a bug in the UI can never leak another customer's contacts.

Built for two markets at once

Naira and dollar pricing, Paystack and Stripe, local SMS routes and global carriers. Nothing is bolted on for Nigerian businesses; it was the first requirement.

One place for every channel

Email, SMS and WhatsApp share contacts, groups, consent records, reporting and one wallet. Switching channel should not mean switching vendor.

Boring where it matters

Queues, retries, delivery ledgers and audit logs are unglamorous and non-negotiable. Messages either send or explain precisely why they did not.
