Bulk SMS composer
Write once, personalise with contact tokens, and see the live GSM-7 / Unicode character and segment count plus the exact credit cost before you send.
Sender IDs
Request the sender name your messages are delivered from, track its review status, and edit or withdraw a request. Reviewed in line with Nigerian network rules.
Prepaid credit wallet
One balance per workspace with low-balance alerts, atomic debits at send time and a full transaction ledger of every purchase, debit, refund and bonus.
Multi-gateway routing
Termii, Africa's Talking and Twilio are routed by destination dial code and priority, so Nigerian traffic and international traffic each take the best path.
Queue with retries

SMS questions
- How are credits charged?
- One credit per message segment. A plain GSM-7 message is 160 characters per segment; messages with emoji or special characters switch to Unicode at 70 characters per segment. The composer shows the total before you send.
- Do credits expire?
- No. SMS credits stay in your workspace wallet until you use them, and every movement is recorded in the ledger.
- Can I send outside Nigeria?
- Yes. International traffic is routed through global gateways based on the destination dial code, alongside local Nigerian routes.
- Is SMS part of my Mail subscription?
- Your subscription covers the platform and email sending. SMS runs on prepaid credits, so you only pay for the messages you actually send.
