How does billing work in Nigeria versus the rest of the world?

Plans are priced in USD and displayed in your local currency. Nigerian workspaces are charged in naira through Paystack; every other region is charged through Stripe in USD, GBP or EUR. You can change your billing currency from workspace settings before your next renewal.

Can I invite my whole team?

Yes. Every workspace supports Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles. Owners and Admins manage billing, sending domains and team access, Members build and send campaigns, and Viewers get read-only access to reporting.

Do you support multiple brands or departments?

FASAS Mail is multi-tenant by design. One account can hold as many workspaces as you need, each with isolated contacts, templates, sending domains and reporting — with strict database-level separation between them.

How do you protect our contact data?

Data is isolated per workspace with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and every privileged action is written to an immutable audit log. We never sell, share or use your contact data to train models.

What happens if I go over my monthly email allowance?

We notify you at 80% and 100% of your allowance. Sending is not cut off mid-campaign — you can either upgrade instantly or purchase a one-off top-up for the remainder of the billing period.

Can I import contacts from another platform?

Yes. Import from CSV or connect an existing provider. Duplicate addresses are merged, unsubscribes and bounces are preserved, and every import is logged so you always know where a contact came from.

Do you offer contracts for enterprise or government?
