Choosing a currency
Naira subscriptions are charged through Paystack; dollar subscriptions are charged through Stripe. Your currency is set at checkout and determines the processor for renewals.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. A renewal that fails is retried, and you are notified before access changes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Invoices
Every successful payment produces a downloadable PDF receipt in Billing, alongside the full payment history for your organisation.
