Why it matters
Unauthenticated mail is filtered aggressively. Verifying your domain proves you are allowed to send as it, and lets you use your own address rather than a shared one.
Add the records
Open Senders, add your domain, and copy the DKIM and SPF records shown into your DNS provider. Verification usually completes within an hour, though DNS propagation can take longer.
Keep the records in place permanently. Removing them breaks authentication for future sends.
Warm up a new domain
Start with your most engaged contacts and increase volume gradually over two to three weeks. Sending a large first campaign from a brand-new domain is the fastest route to the spam folder.
